- Outsourcing looks different for everyone

- Going above and beyond can bite you in the butt of not done properly

- Balancing entrepreneurship + motherhood is non-existent. Just thug it out 😎

- Always be a student

- You are the sauce. You've got the juice. Everyone is doing something but not everyone is doing it like YOU!

Online business owners, if you’re getting ready for the holiday shopping blitz, listen up!

Have you paid attention to your coupon code? I know it seems like a no-brainer, BUT you may be surprised at home some people look over these tips. Read them below ⬇️

🎟️ Is your coupon name super long or very basic that it might get confused with previous codes?
✅ Try to keep coupon name relevant to the item/event and make it short & sweet “HLDY10” “BLITZ20”

🎟️ Is your offer click worthy? How is it any different from the offers you give year ‘round?
✅ If you can’t offer big discounts, try adding a timer to the use of coupon or have an add on to I incentivize customers to make their purchase using your code.

🎟️ What happens once the coupon is used? Where does the customer journey go or does it even start?
✅ This is where you want to dig deep with your email marketing with setting up specific tags and segments for your shoppers to track their interest in your products and make them repeat customers

🎟️ How are you nurturing and building with your couponed shoppers?
✅ You now have their sale and their attention and that’s gold! Continue to build with your couponed shoppers and speak to their interest! In the long run, the email marketing strategy can help turn holiday shoppers into repeat customers.

Being a VA is like being on a professional blind date. 😂

A couple of weeks ago I finally met one of my clients, face to face, after 2 years. We’ve had pleennttyyyy of phone calls, zoom meetings, emails, and messages, but we were never in the same room or same city.

It was such a monumental moment to not only meet her in person and to celebrate, but to see all the work and planning I’ve done during our time together. Including the fact that our first meet and greet was for her first BOOK LAUNCH!!!! #bigthingspoppin

To do what I do is a blessing but to do what I do with clients like @doctorkellee is an HONOR!

Take a walk down memory lane with me for a moment. Do you remember your MySpace era? Were you the person people would come to help upload their favorite themes, embed that flashy rhinestone music player, or add the slideshow banner that read "This Is Why I'm Hot! Welcome to My Page!"?

Yeah? Me too! I vividly remember actively teaching myself how to enter codes on the backend so that I could flaunt the new theme I downloaded, which most likely gave my grandmother's desktop a virus 😆(sorry Grams). I remember focusing on the line number that a code ended on so that I could press enter to input a new code for a sticker or music player wrap, and the joy I received for simply making my page and other's look organized and pretty.

Fast forward to today, I noticed that same joy when providing website set-up for clients. Honestly, this skill wasn't something I actively promoted. It's something I've learned over the years and continued to do behind the scenes. Much like a technical creative outlet. Now I can say that those MySpace days are paying off. Last week one of my clients officially launched their website and went from "What am I supposed to do with all of this? I need my orders in one place" to "OMG, this is exactly what I needed. It's so seamless."

With over 20 product uploads and variations, custom graphics, organized product categories, custom menu pages, backend tags for subscribers, a new blog post, and mobile mobile-friendly layout, Madame TH Flowers (@madamethflowers) has been rocking and rolling with consistent orders via her website and the ease of keeping track of them all! 🙌🏾

Remember, the early the better. Posting content between 30-90 days ahead of time gives this visual search engine time to know what your are offering and what it correlates with. It also gives time to dispersed to users who are planning ahead!
